Barbarella: Queen of the Galaxy

Thought it's a lot of fun, I really wanted this movie
to be better. The opening scenes all promise this
crazy futuristic, sexual utopia but then it all falls
apart very fast. The plot lurches from one nonsensical
sequence to the next, and it doesn't feel like a
cohesive story. The opening credits scene is GOAT, and
it set unfairly high expectations in my mind. Jane
Fonda is quite good in this film, and I wish Anita
Pallenberg's Great Tyrant had gotten more screentime.
