Bitter and too strong right out of the bottle. After 2
hours of just sitting out, it becomes significantly
nicer; however, I think it's LUDICROUS I have to wait
2 hours after pouring to drink it. If I'm at a
restaurant am I expected to just sit there like some
dingdong??? Doesn't make any sense to me. Don't think
I like Cabs for this reason. Would probably not drink
again. Pretty cool that the Costco dude makes this.
